For Thanksgiving and Christmas each year comes Saison des Dindes, the season of turkeys. This interpretation of a Belgian farmhouse ale is meant to be paired with turkey, stuffing, and all the trimmings.

The recipe varies wildly from year-to-year, but it is always created with a large, hearty family dinner in mind.
