Berliner Weisse

The first beer in our Revival Series. We have been intrigued by the tart, bone-dry wheat beers of Berlin for some time. Our Weisse is fermented with a blend of German ale yeast and lactic bacteria strains to add that sharp bite of acidity necessary to the style. This beer plays well with others, a touch of syrup, soda, or schnapps makes this beer even more refreshing (or potent)!
